Squid - I was thinking of Dr related characters that Garden may have played. I know a few shows he was in, but haven't got the foggiest about names.

Right I'm going to give the last couple of answers ....
7...........Queenie in Blackadder 2 had a Nurse who would always sit next to her whilst Melchit would sit on the other side , anyway Nursie's christian name was Bernard hmmmmmmmmmmm
10........I was thinking of Dr Quinn medicine Women hence the Mickey ref , bit obscure I know but sometimes you have to think in different ways
