Cassano legally fit To play

After all the recent incidents with Muamba, Petrov and Abidal, let's not forget the 'mini-stroke' suffered by Antonio Cassano earlier this season, which led to him needing heart surgery

Last night on BBC:

-AC Milan striker Antonio Cassano is a step closer to a playing return after undergoing heart surgery in November.

-A 10-man medical panel met on Monday and said it had "expressed a favourable opinion" on his health.

-The Commission of the Italian Medical Sporting Federation said Cassano must now get a final all-clear from the Institute of Medicine in Milan.
