As the question says, what now then? what do you all think we need going forward from Delboy?
IMHO i think we need a solid spine of decent keeper ( not james) maybe Gherks.
A solid defence consisting of a ball winning Leader in the centre, definately a play-making midfielder so we get some proper service up front, and finally a quick paced goalscorer up front to feed off of Stead or the likes.
Now i know that these players dont grow on trees and to entice these types to little old Bristol City off of a dreadful season makes it even more difficult.
But, do we think Delboy can carry out these tasks? Will he get it done sooner rather than later? give them time enough BEFORE the season starts to gel?
Lastly who do you think will be kept and who moved on?

Basically the same questions I asked six weeks ago,
Key signings needed
Quality keeper (Smithies if he is fit and we can get him)
Left Back unless the young lad who played LM in one game is ready for the first team.
0ne or 2 Centrebacks this rather depends on CR if he gets retained and has a good preseason then we only need one new CB as with Wilson and Carey for cover we should be OK. We have to keep ME and KC of our central midfielders and Skuse at right back, Albert and Yala as wide players and Stead up front.
Pitman is by no means certain to be wanted as he does not seem able to play a full match but is a great super sub.
JCR has shown nothing this year neither has Woolford, and should be on their way, Kilkenny can be brillient but is too erratic, Taylor have no idea about never seen him play.
Foster and Pearson have both shown they are worth keeping and apart from them the young LB who played in midfield in one game (sorry forgotten his name) Reid and Holloway seem to be the best of the youngsters at the gate atm.
keep Gerken, Skuse, Foster, McAllister, Wilson, Riberio(if he stays fit over the summer) Adomah, Bolaisie, Elliott, Cisce, Stead, Holloway, Reid, and the player whose name I have forgotten. So far thats only 14 players but I reckon that DM has his own ideas and while I might not agree with them considering where we were when he arrived he has done pretty well to keep us up and I will support him and any player he sends out in a City Shirt.

ps Fonts and Nya keep one sell the other my preference to keep would be Nya as he is a bit younger and seems more able to improve.
