Mitre - You might get your wish...?

Ticketus have allegedly said that a deal with BK is only a 50-50 chance. That would put yer man Miller back in pole position,...and his form of liquidation would then be the chosen route.

So you may yet be correct in your forecast.

Last night all the talk was of a deal having been all but done....but this morning we have taken a few steps back........It's almost as if someone is pulling some strings and continually throwing a spanner into the CVA works.....?

Just a thought.........???

Hopefully!

Ticketus will end up agreeing something I recon though, just can't see that Whyte has left himself open to a £30m bill. The guy is way too fly for that.

P.s. Admin, think I accidentally complained about Tims comment cause I was scrolling on my iPhone. Feel free to ban him though

Record has article quoting ticketus saying....A spokesperson for Ticketus said: "In the worst-case scenario, Ticketus become a creditor in a CVA (Company Voluntary Agreement).

That tells me that they really do not want a deal with BK.....

I struggle to see how a tiny p in the £ works out better for ticketus though.

More likely they are playing hardball with the BKs which would be horrible for us!

BKs will end up caving to the demands and costing us a fortune for the foreseeable future!

Come on Miller, get that bid in!

The admin team have said that Miller's bid is unacceptable as it is conditional. Where does that leave us ?

All this preferred bidder stuff imo is simply delaying tactics to allow rfc to finish the season.

HMRC will not permit a CVA. They are currently owed £15m for the PAYE case and that is more than 25% of the total debt and as such they can ban a cva. I believe that at the end of the season HMRC will announce the outcome of the BTC and place a winding up order at the Court of Session. They will then pursue Whyte through the courts for the assets he has put into Liberty. Apparently D&P have indicated that the whole issue is a lot more complex than even currently known.

Gems a Bogey.
