Deserve All We Get

Nothing much more to say really.

Whyte banned for life
Fined
12 month transfer embargo

All justified.

Some bears need to wake up

Heard talk this morning about how Dundee and Gretna and others didnt get punished this hard and stuff......well they only went into admin, they didnt cheat paying taxes, buy players without paying for them, flaunt numerous league and association rules, and all sorts of stuff.

Craig Whyte has a lot to answer for, no doubt about it.
So has the club tho, and those that ran it before Whyte got anywhere near it, those that sold the club to him, those that neglected the rules surrounding EBTs and thought nothing of it.

The club is in the worst position it has ever been right now......numpties giving it larg about the SFA being too hard on us and all sorts need to wake up and smell the coffee.

Right now, I'm of the opinion that we should just liquidate, resign form Scottish Football altogether, newco, and reapply for divison three.

Not only would that bring this whole house of cards down and put an end to this farce....it might get rid of a good few of the clowns that are hanging onto the coat tails of this and blaming all and sundry except the club for the mess its in.

Rangers did this...those in charge of us were Rangers whether we like it or not......time to take our medicine

Laughter hides many things subs, unfortunately for you it's all there in black n white

Subs, it is not for the football governing bodies to ensure that member clubs obey the laws of the land.

It is also not for governing bodies to be auditing accountants to member clubs.

Any punishments must fit the rule breaking. The fines do - they are the maximum the rules allow.

The transfer embargo does not. A ban on paying for players may have fitted the "crime" given that it is money and its "shuffling" that caused all this.

But a ban on free agents / bosmans is ridiculous, and will be challenged.
