Enough with the melodrama

Jeez, some people on here are so depressing!

Anyone would think it's 2 days to go to the start of the season and we havent signed anyone, while selling the entire squad!

The only players who will go will be the ones we choose to let go, and there will be signings between now and the start of the season. Everyone involved with the club have said this will be our busiest close season for many a year, but have stipulated very clearly this will mainly be towards the end of this month. Now, some will say that's silly and we should aim to get them in as early as possible.... which has it's merits, what with having a full preseason with us etc.... but there are very good reasons for waiting.

1) we will know for sure which players will be going, and so will need replacing.
2) Wenger will have had a chance to assess the youngsters and see if any are ready to step-up into the squad (no point having a youth set up the envy of the world and then not giving them a shot)
3) The likes of City/Chelsea/Other playthings will have done the majority of their business, so we are less likely to get into bidding wars.

Anyone who accuses wenger or the board of deliberately undermining the club, as i have seen numerous times over the last few days clearly have a few screws loose. Anyone who does that and then calls for Dein to come back needs to look at the fact the his son is one of the agents for Clichy, Nasri and Fabregas, then see who really has a hand in undermining this club.
