Signing players is much different. The ones you want might not be available so you have to wait. The ones you want might have several suitors so you have to wait until they make their choice. If money is no object it is much easier but we know the cosequences of that policy.

If it takes this long to get the players he wants they must be world beaters. I think he has no idea who to sign as they are either too much money or want higher wages than we are prepared to pay. I can't wait to be proven totally wrong though...
