I'm sure it will be good for us and we can focus on our academy but with any rules and regulations the people with the money always find a way to avoid paying!

The point I found most interesting is the 'Fair Play Tax' and if they were implemented last year QPR would have to pay £15m in FP Tax! This doesn't seem realistic. If anything it gives teams in the PL the opportunity to throw even more money about?

In theory it seems good but in practice I don't think it will work
