Swindon fans at Bradford

Hi

I've just returned from a long weekend in Yorkshire and would like to thank all the Swindon fans who were at Valley Parade on Saturday.
a) your observation of the minute's silence for the victims of the fire of 11th May 1985 was immaculate.

b) your chanting when the disabled youngsters paraded their trophy in front of you was first class, and I'm sure it live in their memories forever.

c) your exuberant singing livened up what could have been a meaningless end of season fixture.

All the best for next season in Division 1.

Thank you for your kind words. There are things that transcend football and that can form a bond between all true fans. Showing respect is the most important.

Good luck for next season; you have a good manager and I have a feeling it will go well for you.

Two clubs, both "salt of the earth". Both have had their ups & downs. Both have decent supporters who have seen it all, Bradford more so, but Town guys must think "It could have been us"
Without clubs like our two, football wouldn't have a future.
Just stuff the gas & pox next season for us!
Best of fortune to you too!
