I mean, City to win 5-0 and wrap it up, I could take, but to go through that torment, to dangle the carrot that way. All neutrals will probably call it the most exciting finish ever (even better than Arsenal - Liverpool?) but that's of no comfort to me.

Relax baby, have a piece of cheese. Better team over the season won, and quite frankly if we'd have won the league, playing the poor standard of football we have, it would have been an injustice.
We'll be stronger because of this loss then we would have been with a win. Ferguson will finally take note of where our weaknesses are. It sucks, it hurts, we obviously never wanted to see City win it, but we cant complain, because they simply deserve it.

Couldn't City just win normally.

Think it was the best way to lose it tbh, having a heart attack with the tension. City did the double over us, losing to wigan and drawing to Everton, there was no excuse for that, we didnt really deserve to win the title, our footballs been poor for the last few months

1-6
1-0 (and no shots on goal from United)
Yes the best team won

For me, the team that has finished top deserves the title, so Man City are worthy league champions. However, even though there are improvements to be made with this Utd team, make no mistake, in recent weeks we were gifted an opportunity to win it, and we can have no excuses for the way we stumbled over the last few games of the season. That is what really hurts for me, as from nowhere we suddenly had a great chance to win it, and we really did blow it - then to almost snatch victory from the jaws of defeat today, just makes it worse.
