think the job will be too big for him.
pressure for him at Wigan is a lot dif to what he would get here, and he only just about manages that ok.

Sorry the reason for my nay is that while his teams may finish the season strongly they start incredibly badly.
I dont see a reason why we need a young manager, why cant we get an experienced manager that has won things.

It's gotta be Rafa. Yes he made mistakes we all know the details, but this rest from managing will have given him time to reflect and adjust.
