At least we aren't the only ones...

Comment from an Ipswich fan on Joel Ward:

"Totally fed up hearing about this bloke now he has been "making his mind up" since the back end of January and here we are in late May and he is still messing everyone about, last week it was 'He'll make his mind up by the weekend' now it's 'He'll make his mind up by Wednesday' any player that needs this much time to decide over wether he wants to come or not is not the type of player we want or need, needing time to think in footballers terms is waiting for a better offer to come along. I'd have thought the club would have learned it's lesson on transfers such as these, no matter how good this guy is or thinks he is we should leave him to "decide his future" while we look for players that are actually keen to play their football for Ipswich Town "

As frustrating as it is for us Leeds fans right now, at least there are other clubs sharing our sentiment!

However, I do think we need a new signing asap to generate some sort of momentum over future transfers, existing player contract talks and to lift the overall mood at the club. Unfortunately, i cant see any of Snoddy, Mccormack or White signing a new contract

He strikes me as a bit of a billy big balls, im convinced he`ll join Leeds, why? because i think he wants to go where there is:
Guarenteed starting place
Ambition
Good players
Good club size
money
good place to live

2 out of 5 isnt bad!

I feel the same. I know it's still kind of early, but,
the signs so far point to same old same old.

Jonty posted the other day that Ward is a man of faith
and that that drives his football life. Maybe he's not as
motivated as we think by money? More, that he's just
having a difficult time making what he sees as the right decision in the eyes of the man upstairs? Maybe?

Ward has a difficult decision to make as Ipswich leeds and blackpool all have realistic hopes of promo, give him time and i am sure he will make right decision that benefits his career

Are people that stupid?

Why should he rush his decision? It's the biggest decision of his career, because if he gets it wrong it could backfire on him.

He should have all the time he wants and look at all his options.
