Season Summary - Dan Seaborne

Dan started off very well last season and was first choice alongside Fonte and definitely looked very promising. He again started this season in the first 5 games until he got put in hospital. Seaborne started a bit flappy a few seasons ago but playing alongside Fonte has obviously helped him very much, looked good and composed at the back and if it wasn't for the following rant I would like to see him in the first team next season.

BUT

After finding out Seaborne was out in Southampton town, boasting to people about how much he earns and being a big head, I feel little sympathy for what happened. It was a completely idiotic thing to do to people. I also found out from someone who was treating Seaborne in hospital that he had a broken jaw and nothing more, so everything in the news about fighting for his life was complete media rubbish. I also expect Saints were not happy at all after the revelations because you didn't hear anything about him for the rest of the season and expect him to be sold in the summer.

Like I said, if he didn't do that I would have him in the squad.
