I Agree With Roy................

The FAI's team and management need a clear out, a bunch off nobodies and neverbeens pretending to be a world class footballing side!!!

Roys views on the ROI fans with their "win, lose we're on the booze" mentality might be contentious but the ROI supporters seem to be happy with what their team delivered.

Roy was also right in saying the team and manager let the entire country down, he was right in saying the ROI is in fanancial dire straits, fans have spent a fortune and the team have let them down.

Players like Given, O'Shea and Keane who criticise Roy's comments don't understand Keane views because Roy is a winner with massive expectations, something this team of losers will never understand...................

There was actually 15,000 barry, and about 50 of them were NI fans. Bit pathetic if you ask me.

Hey believe me ive no problem with no surrender(despite it not making sense for loyalists to use it) however NI fans claim tiocfaidh ár lá is a RA slogan well then NO Surrender is a loyalist slogan. Simple. By your logic its ok for ROI fans to chant tiocfaidh ár lá then isnt it?

5. Times change. Sooner or later Norn Iron will have a half-decent team and Ireland's will be poor then the roles may be reversed. Circle of Life as Elton would say
-------------------------------------------
I will have whatever you are smoking. What makes you think NI will ever reach the level of ROI? what talent is there coming through? seriously? Thats like me saying that the roles will be reversed and Spain will be past it and ROI will reach there level

very team/country does intto a tournament with some expectations!!
==============================

Well they should have expected to lose to 3 far far superior tteams.

At least they qualififed.

If northern ireland had, they would of conceded about 10 in their first two games because they are horrendous.

Funny thing is , we normally do well against much stronger opposition ,as England, Spain and Sweden will confirm.

I remember a few NI fans on the original 606 claiming tiocfaidh ár lá was an RA slogan, despite it just being words in the Irish language

Godfather the thread was about Keano rightly saying the ROIs team was a bunch of letdown merchants and your talking about chuckie ar la and no surrender??

Why not just admit the team you support are paperweights in world football lol.....................

Godfather's comfy blanket is the carling nations joke cup win against our B side infront of one man and possibly his dog. The dog barked 'no surrender'.

Not surprised to see you lot gathering for your Sunday night org fest. This must be a unionist tradition.

Barry, I can admit were are nowhere near world class, but a NI fans giving us stick for poor performances? that I will not stand for.

Tia, ive been skelping you lot on a daily basis 24/7 365, even when it was 5 on 1 at one stage.

Foiback, you are that sad you made a thread before the spain game, then celebrated the goals on it, all by yourself.

Roy's a duffus.

There is a time and a place, regardless if he is right or wrong.

He was like a wee mouse tonight when Childes put to him what Trapps said.

'I done alright at Sunderland and Ipswich didn't work out'

Aye Roy, 'Cos yer kack.
