I note in the gutter press today that Sinclair is not breaking his neck to sign a new contract in his final year at the Swans. Possibilities of him appearing next in a Red shirt? Views? (Come on people, England lost, they are coming home. Potless. Again. Can we talk about our football club again? Please?)

Galvin, I believe you're correct. However, if the player only has one year left on his contract, Swansea may actually want to sell, non?

Gavin, you are absolutely correct, however, if Swansea decide to sell a player, any player, then this is not covered by the agreement between Brendan and them, it puts Sinclair outside that. Should Swansea for example decide to sell, then we can buy. No breach of contract or gentlemans agreement between the parties. jimmyTheRed
