Which one should be brought into the SPL? The team that were rightfully relegated last season, or the runners up from Div 1 who are probably less prepared to play in the SPL?

As I said in my earlier article, has to be dundee for me, am already planning my trip for the first meaningful derby game in years! if it is down to the spl clubs to decide then i pretty much think all will be in favour of our neighbours as dunfermeline have no away support and clubs will need every penny on offer
