Looks more like one of Primark,s Collection to me.They have a special inbuilt Feature which seems to be to his liking judging by his expression. "The Pocket Lining falls out as soon as you put your hand in it" and Bingo! Its Access All Areas!

I reckon Alonso and Arteta are about 10 there. So that would make it 1992. Wenger was pretty grey when he joined Arsenal back in 1996, so it could be him. Maybe he was between dyes?
