Not the biggest mistake, but if Fletch and Valencia end up having to cover 20 games at right back, neither will it be his smartest move ever.

Fletcher is as good a right back as most others in the PL. I think we could even put Rooney at right back as cover when we get Sneijder and Modric. Rooney could cover right back whilst also playing left midfield because he covers so much pitch.
