Can we fix it?

The SPL and SFL are broken.

I don't want a 'who broke what' article. There's plenty of that about on here already.

It's time to clear everything out and start again, from the top to the bottom and form one Scottish Football Administration to oversea a new Scottish Football League structure.

Successful teams bring in more fans to the grounds. Ignore Celtic and Rangers at the moment. Other clubs experience a significant rise in attendances with success. Aberdeen, Dundee Utd, Hearts etc, you just have to look at how home support increases when clubs get promoted.
Football finances need to be spread more evenly to create competition which in turn should let smaller clubs compete and hopefully bring success, meaning bigger attendances and more money to go around.

The model used by Rangers, over the last 20 years has not worked on a financial level and in fact has contributed to other clubs over spending trying to compete.
The Celtic model, although has worked financially, has still stifled any growth in competition, probably causing fans of the smaller clubs to slowly drift away due to lack of competition.
This will only get worse next season and probably over the next couple of seasons until what?

Restructure Scottish Football.

Clear out the old SFA, SPL and SPL office bearers and start from scratch.
