We definitely need a good right back and I hope he is it. A tad concerned about his injury but as Robbo has promised us fit players only I guess he is one.

If he was not fit he would not have passed the medical. Opinion is he has recovered from last season injury

Ron, yes, but it is always a risk that when a player comes back from long term injury he won't be as good as before.

Obviously it will be great if he is, but if he isn't there is still the hole in the back to fill.

BillP I bet if you found a half full bottle of whiskey you would ask what happened to the rest. Signing ANY player is a risk, letts hope he is better than before.

It is very rare (if ever) a player comes back from injury better than he was. I agree sigining any player is a risk, but the risk exposure increases with signing a player who has had a known injury problem

If he has injury problems, then I would have thought he was eminantly qualified to join the team

Fingers crossed Doumbe comes back fighting fit - he had just got back into form when he got injured again.

But talking of injured players, I saw on one of the rumour boards, that Darius Forsell (scuse my spelling) was a potential target for us
