personally speaking I think owen would a welcome addition to the team. He has stated that he would rather not play than to drop down into the championship . well if that is the case i would offer him for example around 20 k a week on a pay as you play deal. boyhood everton fan, wouldnt have to move house. if he turned it down then that would show he is all about the money and his loss.
