Talksport talking total B0LL0CK5 again. Whenever Dzeko got a run at City he was mostly class. Carroll hasn't done didly squat to justify a price tag of 10 million, let alone 35 million.
That's the problem with the media from radio, TV and papers in this country, not to mention the British Pundits that need shifting into the old folks home from MOTD.
They ALWAYS claim that average British players are worth more and are better than their foreign counter parts when they clearly aint.
Just because a British player might run through walls or have a Bulldog spirit doesn't make them better. These are the same media chumps that always slag off Ibra or Berbatov because they don't run around like headless chickens like Rooney and track back more because there apparently lazy. British media don't like the so called languid style where a player looks disinterested from time to time.
Who cares if they score goals and have amazing technical ability?

Dzeko didn't get a proper good run last season and the way we play are perhaps not utilising him to his strengths.
But you have to say he did chip in with his fair share of important goals for us, remember without his goal in the last few minutes of the last match there would be no Aguero winner and no title.
It is hard to justify any player being worth in the region of 27 million, but for that goal alone he went a good way in justifying the money spent.

I believe that is the purpose of Talksport.
If they talked sense, nobody is going top pick up the phone and bother talking to them.
If they said Dzeko is better than Carroll, no one is really going to disagree with that. Not even Liverpool fans.
The only peope who will make money off of that would be kleenex, after a few City fans rush to the bog for a quick tug.
