Batman (spoiler alert)

The Dark Knight Rises…. A pun-intentional view

So Batmans career was seemingly on the Wane.

He was accused of being two-faced and rumour has it, was a-Ledger-dly trying to mask his crimes.

This is no Joke(r) - all the trash talk in the papers was becoming the Bane of his life.

He decided to do stand-up comedy but that caved in as he was Robin jokes.

The superheroes around the world decided to get together in support. Superman, was shocked? “What, he’s doing stand-up? […] Oh my zod"

Iron Man also offered his support “In Stark contrast to me, Batman lacks the metal capacity to fight back but we’ll iron out any problems"

Thor was rumoured to be joining them but was found hammered.

Spiderman, who lives quite far from Gotham was able to keep up-to-date by browsing the web. “I was saddened but when I watched his stand-up routine I grabbed my parker and left"

Anyway, Batman comes back at the end thanks to some help from the Green Arrow – take a bow son
