Does anyone know if other teams who used EBTs were stripped of the trophies they won in that period?
What happened to Arsenal?
EBTs and Title Stripping

Rangers will not receive sanctions if their appeal against the BTC fails...they are facing sanctions for ineligible registering of players, due to dual contracts...
Get your facts right and maybe the remorse will follow.
And stop with the lies

TCD...the 2 go hand in hand.
If we're found guilty of misusing the EBT, it will be BECAUSE the payments made through them were deemed to be contractual.
The payments were never hidden, and the SFA were well in the know that they were happening, so were obviously of the same opinion - that they were perfectly legal (which they are still today if managed correctly).
Also, Rangers haven't "appealed" the Big Tax Case, because we haven't lost it...

The two do not go in hand...
Arsenal nor Celtic were guilty of giving players a SECOND contract...it's against the rules of both FA's.
The tax case is between Rangers and HMRC

Rangers were given a tax bill...
They ARE appealing that tax bill
Try sticking to facts, not what floats about in your mind, then solidifies

....if you knew anything about the facts, you would at least get them straight first before trying to take some sort of smart@ss highground and shoot people down...
If an EBT was used correctly, HMRC would NOT have any grounds to ask for a settlement.
If they WERE used incorrectly (as in Arsenal and Celtic's case, as they have both admitted to doing so - something Rangers have NOT done) then it is a 100% certainty that salary payments were made to people outwith their contracts lodged with the FA/SFA.
The very point you are trying to make, actually ONLY applies to Celtic and Arsenal (and whoever else has admitted guilt and agreed a settlement) at this stage
Get YOUR facts straight and pipe down big man

Let me introduce you to the layman's terms:
Arsenal had players using EBT's...they were issued with a tax bill and settled.
Ditto Celtic.
Not ditto, Rangers.
And ONLY Rangers have been accused by the footballing authorities, of using a secondary contract, which if true, would result in players being ineligibly registered.
Now...wheesht

So in your wee world, people do the crime, pay the fines and then the crimes didn't happen?
Why do you think it is that "ONLY" Rangers have had calls for titles to be stripped, "Television Exposees" on their EBT's and accusation of "Dual contracts"?
Genuine question...since it is widely acknowledged that Rangers were one of at least 20 British football clubs using the scheme and "Dual Contracts" ARE part and parcel of an EBT if they have been misused (despite what you may think).
As I already said above, Rangers are still on trial....while Celtic and Arsenal have ADMITTED their guilt. So why the big witchhunt focused solely on us?
I'm not WUM'ming or trying to be wide...do you genuinely think there is a legitimate reason for this?

+++++
Because ONLY Rangers stand accused of DUAL CONTRACTS...do you really need to be continually corrected?
Dual contracts and EBT's are NOT one in the same

You really don't understand what an EBT is then...
