The loan system if used properly can work wonders, i.e Lansbury, however the loans need to be from clubs with awesome youthe facilities as their scouting networks usually root out quality youth.

Personally I'd say yes, but only if we manage to sign players of the required quality first. In no way should we sign a loan player over a permanent signing. We've been down that route before and it hasn't worked. Once Neil's happy with his squad of new permanent signings, we should try and add that little bit extra quality but only season long loan deals for me.
