Got about 2-3 weeks or so to make this happen and save the season.

why not do it now lets build for 13/14 season we may be capable of a promotion push by then

I agree AWON. Build towards 13/1 where you may be able to signcreate a promotion push from League 1 back into the championship.

We can't attract quality now so it's unlikely we'll do anything different over the course of the next twelve months. Fundamental changes are required before anything of a positive note happens at ER.
