Fawaz is a legend

I'm loving the way he lets the fans know everything on twitter before it's announced anywhere else. Massive improvement on before, when we were always the last to know. And he says there's more to come after Collins, in the next day or so. Legend.

I think its a bit dangerous for an owner to be on twitter...ie open to abuse from fans, when things aren't so rosy our own fans may abuse him and a stupid comment here or there can leave us with a hefty fine and bad publicity.

But I do realise there is positives.

"when things aren't so rosy our own fans may abuse him" - Your lot wouldn't do that, would they?!

JAF, some prats already have done, remember how it took almost a week to appoint a new manager? Some tards thought it should only take a few hours, and I've already seen some "pull your finger out" type quotes. We all have them, and they are a shameful blot on humanity, let alone one particular football club.

As for Fawaz himself, I am so happy to see him talking with the fans, and not just letting the press office do the talking. He's a proper football nut, and I get the impression he's as excited as the fans are over the recent activity at Forest. Plenty more to come too!

I think there's a pretty good chance he doesn't really read the tweets aimed at him - he never seems to interact with either the good or the bad. He just seems to use it in the way that many businesses do, as a tool for keeping clients/fans etc informed of proceedings. Which can only be a good thing in my view.

Very unique relationship with the owner. Aslong as he ignores any abuse he may receive in future and as long as he only makes announcements when the deals are done then it should be a handy tool.

Business should allways be done behind closed doors though otherwise pric£$ start to ri$e ala Sven

Every celeb on twitter is bound to get hate mail. Imagine the abuse people like Ferdinand and savage get every day. Doesn't stop them expressing there thoughts and opinions does it.

player from stoke lol, loving these world class signings

go away Ilkeston Spanner - Stoke are an established premiership side, when was the last time you bought a player from one of those instead of getting rejected by league 2 boys?

Don't think anyone at Forest, a championship side, is expecting world class signings just yet. We'll save that for when we're in the premiership and you're in league one.

The derby obsession with our summer business is hilarious, must be so sickening for them to see us spending when there biggest fee was £150k and Crewe players are turning them down
