Good enough to go unbeaten against you for a couple of years, with a 5-1 thrown in.

In all seriousness whilst it is dissapointing to lose even a friendly, surely no one is taking this seriously?

I remember watching us struggle to beat Oxford in the 2004 preseason and was there when we lost to Rangers in the preseason on both occasions we went onto good years, last season our pre-season results wise were great, didn't do a lot for our season.

We have chucked a lot of youth in, we are still waiting for the likes of Torres, Mata, Sturridge and Bertrand to become available as well as Oscar. Our team will not be at full strengh for the start of the season but from what I have seen so far, once we start playing our strongest team for 90 minutes, we shouldn't have too much to worry about.

I can't wait for Brighton away next week.
