our way back to league 1, i personally dont agree with that but the wage structure seems as bad as a league 1 club, LUFC say they offered Snodgrass a good wage rise, but i doubt it was, compared to what others are on in this league. its time to wake up now we have been shafted by the powers that be, Still not many signing up for Season tickets, i dont blame them.

Nothing to do with wage, you cannot keep a player who wants PL football and has his friends already at the club probably telling him how great it is.
We are not a PL team at the moment, Norwich are, its that simple.

It wasn't all about money - he wants to play in the Prem and Norwich have offered him the chance to do so - NOW! If money was the issue they would have won on that as well as we can't match Prem wages.
Rumours of £15k a week and the fact he was captain and we would build a team around him just weren't enough.
Now we move on.

It nothing to do with the wages, the contract offer to Snodgrass was actually pretty decent.
However Snodgrass was promised lots of ambition in the transfer market this summer and so far, with the exception of Kenny and maybe Austin, we've signed very average championship players.... certainly not a team that can be expected to get us promoted come May 2013.
We won't be relegated, to Warnock's credit he's made some good defensive and midfield spine signings.
However I can't see us being anything more than midtable battlers this season.
We have no attacking quality left now, Rosco is overhyped, slow and dreadfully inconsistent.

if anyone thinks our wage budget is like a league 1 club, they are on drugs

Howson left the club he supports & LOVES means anyone would leave if not treated with respect & paid a half decent wage offered by others in a higher league
