Rangers started out as a rugby club....maybe they should simply reform as one and leave Scottish football to it's own fate.

The whole mess is well past the farcical stage and is treated more of a joke in the real football world thanks to the persecution aspect and the wishy-washy dealings going on behind closed doors.
