The man is a complete tool

Lets face it, most but by no means all profesional footballers don't come across as being the sharpest tools in the box.

If you know you're a gifted sportsman but perhaps not so great accademically, why get involved in a public forum that will leave you open to ridicule for every little error or indiscretion you may make?

In answer to your question O.P, yes they should be banned by club rules from discussing their own team, tactics and fellow proffesionals as it's rare that they do themselves or their clubs any good by their random rantings.

Leon Played for my local club Glentoran last season. He lived in London and went to the gym for training then flew to Belfast for a game then flew home.

They got rid of him due his twitter outbursts in June.

Yeah I've noticed how Footballers are soooooo stupid and not intellectual in the slightest.

Fair enought everyone makes spelling mistakes etc, but you can just see by their tweets that they are dumb plain and simple.

It shocks me how they are millionaires.

From a young they are told they are the greatest with no interest in education .

Footballers need to earn scholarships or something like college basketball in the states.
