The rules are there for this scenario.

But because of the size if the club, they were never going to be applied. The cub was always going to be needed in the overall game.

This has led to one side crying hypocrisy and another side crying hypocrisy. It has led to a sense of impending injustice on both sides. Personally speaking, the beaks are just stupid and unfit for purpose. I don't subscribe to the nefarious theories we get from both sides. They have just acted like most politicians do when there is a crisis.

Btw, I'm not saying the newco shouldn't have been allowed in. All I'm saying is we have created a situation where compromise is essential. And you might as well go to the west bank and build ten new synagogues given the likelihood of us coming to terms.

Couldnt have put it better mate, i think the incompetence of our governing bodies is the only thing we can all agree on.

Read somewhere that the hold up and reason SPL are involved is that Duff n Phelps still has our old SPL share and not Mr Green and they are holding on to it, thus preventing transfer to Dundee....
