Although not the same temprement of person the closest we have had in years Samaras he just loves Celtic even when year upon year a large proportion of the support openly bagged him he held firm. Wasent done for money as he could have earned more elsewhere. Like it or lump it for some Sammy is a Celt

Sammy is an enigma,he really has done ma heed in er the years and tbh i have been one of his harshest critics,he was pash for very near 3 years.He does seem to have found a new lease of life since getting played out wide tho and he has upped his game 100%,disappointing he didn't do it earlier but he is definetly one of our main guys noo,if he can keep it up he will be a huge player for us this season.I respect Lenny for stcking tae his guns an playing him since he said Sammy could get him the sack as he got the response he wanted and since then Sammy has been a new player,long may it continue.

Would like to see Sammy get more goals this season.
Might be hard though with the options NL has in midfield. Great guy to have in the squad.

would be good to see Sammy get double figures in goals but i doubt that will happen,especially with him playing out wide,but he has got more to his game now,he still frustrates at times but he is an entirely different player to the one he was a season or 2 back.

I was impressed by Sammy's all round play today. He'll be a big asset in Europe for us.
