That SaoPauloNewsEng account I originally thought was a legitimate news account but the owner of the account who tweeted about Lucas wasn't the original tweeter.
It was tweeted by an account called ESPN Brazil and their first and only tweet was the one about Lucas.

I dare someone to start that rumour to see how far it goes. Some of the people using that site will believe absolutely anything. A lot of them just seem desperate for any kind of signing.
