Agreed, Andy Murray will be getting my vote for SPOTY. Without him British tennis is the laughing stock of the world, and yet he came from nowhere and has become the Olympic Champion, beating the king of grass on grass. Astonishing effort.


I sat there and watching him beat Djokovic in a thrilling match and then totally and utterly destroy Federer. It will live long in the memory.

Oh yes, I forgot, Brad Wiggins behaves himself superbly The man is a waste of space and has had a personality bypass, but he can ride a bike well, I will give you that.

Have to agree with street, I think Hoy or Wiggins, maybe Jess Ennis will be SPOTY.

He needs to show us a bit more of his personality now the country has warmed to him more after Wimbledon final.

When you are as great as Andy Murray is, the draw will always open up for you. Can't see Nalbandian or Gasquet getting an easy draw, can you? This plonker, VeeGay thinks those 2 players are in Andys league
