I know there's been some speculation on here but, I have been told the reserves have been scrapped.
This surely can't be a good move for Derby? Is this simply more penny pinching? As a Belper Town supporter also, it's a big blow. Anyway, hope this isn't yesterdays chip wrapper.
On a different note, Derby XI vs Belper Town tomorrow, 7.30 @ Christchurch Meadow. Get yer'sen down there!
Reserves No More.

I remember that game Milf. That Belper team changed dramatically a year or so after that game. Had some good games v Gresley..especially Derbyshire Senior Cup Finals when Futcher and Birtles were in charge at Gresley. Andy Garner got a late winner to beat us

I used to watch Rovers loads back then - went to the FA Vase Final in '91 with my Dad and was hooked... we were 3-0 down after 1/2 hour, pulled it back to 3-3 after '90, 4-3 up in ET and Guiseley equalized with what seemed like seconds to go for a 4-4 draw!!
We went to the replay @ Bramall Lane too, lost 3-1
Rovers won the Midland Premier (I think it was called that?) under Futcher/Birtles and would have got promoted to the Conference if it wasn't for the ramshackle old ground ... used to finish above Burton Albion back then, how times have changed!
