Simply because a man is judged not only by his words but ultimately his actions. First of all, this guy isn't only our player, but current captain. Secondly, every time he has played for us, he has given his all. That he has expressed publicly his dissatisfaction at the board's administration isn't enough reason to loathe him (And I find this hypocritical as we all talk trash about our club publicly when we are losing games.) If that was the case, why are Rooney and Tevez still loved by their respective clubs? Didn't they both help their clubs to the PL title? Exactly!
We need more fans with foresight and afterthought. Not those who are quick to speak and slow to think.
Truth hurts.

33 isn't particularly a mass exodus. That said, RVP isn't leaving this summer.
