im a little confused, as to what the rules are for the number of players we can put into our squads for the FA competitions and the EUROPEAN C/L .
I understand we can submit a 25 man squad for europe with a certain amount of players having to be homegrown.
For the FA and our domestic competitions ?
can anyone clear this up for me?

My understanding is a 25 man squad for PL games of which 7 must be home grown.
If you havnt got 7 home grown then its tough you can only name 18 + whoever qualifies.
players under 21 do not have to be named in the 25 (ie Josh) as long as they count as homegrown.

Gazza, there's a caveat - if they have been loan in that season, I don't believe you can include them 'free' in list B

The CL rules are broken though, Bertrad couldn't fit in the squad last season for the first half web though he'd been trained in England all his life as he hadn't spent more than 3 years at Chelsea
