Welbeck deal finally agreed

I'm not sure what he demanded but I'm glad it looks like we've tied him down. He's blossoming into a top notch target man.

He has proven himself to be PL standard over the last 2 seasons. Needs to brush up on his finishing, but as he becomes more experienced we will become more composed and clinical. I hope the report is accurate.

if this is true that he has a 5 yr 75K contract considering he was on about 15K (about a 5% chance of that as its the Mail)... then it makes RVP less of a possibility.
