Lambo is the perfect manager for us.

We've got one of the youngest squads in The Premiership, if not the youngest. Promising talent that came through our academy and some young talent that will get a chance to shine under Lambo. He encourages this and players that work hard to prove there worth will really flourish under his management. He wants players that'll run through walls for him and I believe he'll get that with all these young guns.

He may have bought some players from a lower league but he's buying potential and so far his philosphy looks sound. Add in some foreign Gems like KEA and it'll come together nicely. Nothing happens overnight but already the football being played is lightyears ahead of last seasons dark ages garbage. Newcastle are a tough outfit in The Prem today and 1 point is a good result especially away. McJockstraps Villa would've lost. Both teams could've won today with many chances but not for the final strike.
Football under Lambo will be exciting to watch no doubt!

No more Big Time Charlies with huge ego's that can't deliver, Zoggy will be out on hisarse by january if he doesn't start doing his bit believe me. Lambo won't put up wth any players not giving there all.

With the introduction of Benteke upfront against Swansea I think we'll start to really see a payoff and start climbing up the table. It's very early doors right now but I'm not worried in the slightest. In fact last seasons horror was probably the best thing to ever happen to our club.

Super result for us today, Newcastle are a strong outfit these days and we would have nicked this in the end.

Lambo is getting it together, it is a huge job, but you are right, he is perfect for this job.

Can see us beating Swansea, they are due a defeat.

I agree guys, today i thought we looked very good the best football in years too something MON couldn't done with bucket loads of money.
If we continue like this i see us winning things, The good times aint too far away.

The job at Villa is MASSIVE. Doing it on a shoestring budget too will really show how good Lambo and his scouts are in picking up gems whether foreign or domestic. The main thing though was the desire to win by the team, we may have to sit back at times and absorb pressure but at least Lambo will send his team out to win. McUseless sent his team out to simply draw, even at home and boy did it show.
Roll on Swansea and The Bent and Eke Show.

Didn't we finish 12th under MON in his first season? I'd take that this season. I was watching Soccer Saturday this morning and what was said by the panel, especially Merse was interesting. They had a point in what they said. But as you said Lambert is the perfect manager for it. Good result today. Very good.

I thought Lowton was really impressive yesterday. The challenge he put in on Jonas (i think it was) was superb. Guzan was a breath of fresh air, apart from his womder saves I thought his claiming of crosses etc was great and his quick distribution. Holman was tireless, Bent was sharp won headers at both ends and finally Gabby look really up for it quick, and held the ball up well.

If we can keep that energy level up we could well surprise a few this season

What about Holman? He was very good yesterday too. When he first signed for us he seemed like a player that would work his socks off for you. And, that's exactly what he did yesterday.

He never stopped running, made challanges, and really optimised what the whole team was about yesterday. Pure energy, hunger and never give up attitude. Very good to see.
