Take from this what you will...

This has certainly gotten my hopes up on the guy hitting form sooner than we think

The way it's been with Arsenal the last few years, i'll not be surprised that either Arteta of Diaby (surprise surprise) will be hit with injuries.

We've always had decent squad of player. Trouble has been keeping them fit.

The difference is that this time we actually have enough depth in midfield to cover for injuries when they hit. When Rosicky and Jack are back in the squad fully match fit, injuries to Diaby and Arterta would almost go unnoticed.

Not sure about that wumpatrol. You can almost guarantee that Diaby and Rosicky will be out wih injuries. Then Wilshere won't come straight in without the odd niggles.

That leaves Arteta, who's probably been overplayed, but is undroppable at the moment.

We'll see it goes. If we can keep them fit, we can hope for good things.

You can't really make the point about Jack not coming straight into the team because it is like we are sure Arterta , Diaby and Rosicky will get injured today. When injuries finally start to hit which will be as a result of playing too many games, Jack will be ready to come back into the team. Arterta can actually be rested as Diaby can play the holding role. Remember the 4-4 Newcastle game where he was absolute class before being sent off?

Wumpatrol, Wilshere will not walk into the 1st team and play 5-10 games on the trot. The nature of the injury and the length will mean that he'll probably get a minor injury sometime early.

Realistically, Jack is probably expected to completely fit and ready at about December. He's training now but that does not mean he'll be fit for Coventry or anytime soon. Arsenal must have Patience with Wilshere or else they'll regret it.

There is absolutely nowhere I said he will walk into the team. I am actually giving him till January or late December for him to be fully integrated into the side. Until then the likes of Le Coq and Chambo will cover injuries and fatigue in Central mid.

Can't remember much that I've been waiting for with more anticipation than the return of JW! One of the best (if not the best) players in the 2010-11 season, such a tender age and so good to watch!

Roll on January/February where he should be back to his best!

I really hope Arsenal take an easy approach with JW. Lets not rush anything, we have enough depth in that position to nurse him back slowly.

We need to worry more about our striker positions if one of our recognised strikers get injured. And of course our full backs.

Goonzo
I am actually happy with our fullback options considering that Sagna and Santos have not kicked a ball and our fullbacks have been pretty impressive so far.

Im just saying if one gets injured we will have last years scenarios popping back on us pretty quick...
