Chronic - Emergency loans can start from 7 days after the Transfer window until 5pm on the fourth Thursday in November, this then closes until 7 days after the January window and is open until 5pm on the fourth Thursday in March.
These loans are minimum of 28 days maximum of 93.

There are also Youth loans which follow the same rules and Emergency Keeper Loan which have slight variations.

I hope he has a good run, does well and gets a move in January. I don't hate JJ, I just don't rate him very highly.
