Some The Rangers fans are telling me that The Rangers still have 54 titles and all of the trophies won before their old club died/liquidated, but don't have the debt of the old club.
I thought that when the old club (Rangers2012©) ceased to exist, it was because it couldn't pay it's debts - debts from florists and corner shops, to HMRC. So if they ceased to exist how can they still have a history?
The NEW CLUB The Rangers 2012© has NO DEBT and NO HISTORY.

Nope, cause if you go bankrupt the bank (administrators) would take control of your assets.
Using your analogy though.
If you bought five - million pound houses, that were 100 years old, went bankrupt and they were sold. The houses would still be 100 years old, and would have a history.
They would not somehow be sold as new builds.

Look - all these analogies are worthless. Lord Nimmo has already said we are the same club with our history intact. The SPL have said that, the SFA have said that. UEFA have said that as well.
