Black players to boycott Kick It Out?

Apparently black footballers are going to boycott the F.A. kick it out campaign.

I was wondering what they will do and just how this boycott will manifest itself. Any ideas?

No sillies please. Serious question on a serious matter.

I am agreeing with the vast majority of what you said.

Just pointing out a small part that goes against it. IMO you are mostly spot on.

"First of all, racism regardless of its source, is disgusting."

Makes no difference if it's a millionaire or someone down on their luck though. It's wrong.

I believe that I said that! Now get the chip of YOUR shoulder!

Globaled, the way I read your post "First of all, racism regardless of its source, is disgusting. Having said that, don't these "prima donna" football players realise how good they have it?" suggested to me that you were implying that because they are wealthy they shouldn't worry about things like racism. If that's not what you meant, I apologise.
No chips here mate.

I'd be more impressed if the gay players came out and boycotted it. Considering some of the things I've heard in stands a bit more effort and resources could do with being moved to stamp out that bigoted cr@p.

Unfortunately, I think it's going to be a loooong time before a footballer is going to come out. Can't really say I blame them unfortunately.
Ridiculous really, as statistically I would imagine that every football club has / has had gay players, who the bigots have loved. Yet another sad indictment of the world we live in.

VC, thanks, I wasn't entirely sure

I'm quite mystified as to why black players only were asked about their reactions and especially why they would boycott over this one single issue. I bet all of the british asian footballers feel well represented. Not that there are any, are there? According to carlton coles documentary they're discriminated against much more than other ethnicities to the point that they don't feature on our pitches at all.
