Wire go to grand final

What a fantastic win for Warrington tonight to send us to old trafford we deserved our place for the first time by beating saints resoundly in the second half.
I belive we can beat the rinos in the big games as we have shown at wembly twice, this could be the year of the wolf. Come on the wire.

I have to take my hat off to Smith, and in particular Lee Briers, for turning around such a resounding defeat on their own turf against Saints just two weeks in the first round of play-offs.

Back then they looked clueless at the back, slow, too many errors and generally outplayed in every quarter. And yet last night they were like a different team; a team possessed with the desire to win, a desire to constantly push Saints to the limit and gradually wind them down.

Admittedly there were a couple of iffy tries that went their way thanks to VR Phil Bentham; but that's how games work out sometimes. And Saints can't really say they deserved to win anyway.

If I'm being honest I would have preferred a Wolves Warriors grand final; but again you've got to give credit to Leeds for their tenacity, strength & dogged determination to get where they are after a fairly mixed season.

My prediction - Leeds 16, Warrington 28

in the second game . Stupid Grand final
