I'm going to the states next month and it's worring that someone sustained an airline fracture. Are the seats that cramped these days?

I was gagging to get in on this one Alex, but I thought one session of being pedantic was enough for one weekend

This is where DS appears to be right, if he had filled his spaces and money, he would not be able to replace McCombe ( if that is what he is going to do). At least he has the ability to bring someone in on a reasonable length loan deal. By the way Jonsey will not get a hairline fracture!!!

At least he has the Jones / Martis partnership to rely on and in an emergency, Spurr can slot into a centre back role.

Crazy,
Rob and Shelton may well prove to be the best pair at the back we have! They have in the past played together exceptionally well.

I agree Alex - Shelton doesn't have McCombe's height but he is a better footballer and strong in the tackle. Jones has just been awesone since his arrival. The question will be whether Shelton's injury problems are finally behind him.
