Theo and Gervinho
A few comments were made about how we missed Theo against Norwich but I disagree. I think Theo like Gervinho is not effective when teams set back and close down spaces because this nullifies their strongest weapons: pace and movement.
Ramsey
The absence of Diaby has disrupted the balance in the midfield, not only defensively and physical power wise but also offensively. He brings something difference to Cazorla and Arteta and with Ramsey being similar in style it makes us easier to defend against in games like the one against Norwich. Hopefully between JW and Diaby we will always have a good balance in the midfield, having both out injured will always be a problem for us, I even prefer AOC in CM alongside Cazorla and Arteta to Ramsey.
A few tactical issues

We should have played better

You can't really pick out individuals in that match. Pretty much everyone, apart from Jenkinho, was awful.

Completely disagree,If you remember last season Theo destroyed Norwich from the start. He offers us directness that noone else in the team can give and that was evident on sat. He also gives more options to players like Cazorla and Giroud who can pick him out with a pass or either a flick on.

Agree about theo. How many times have we seen him disappear when teams play it tight against us.
That said, he would have done more than Gerv and probably Pod.
I find it so funny how people think our players become better when they don't play.
