Hope we don't play into United hands again

Although what you say is true, the said tactic we play might not have the same effect due to one thing: our inability to cope with balls in the air. In Giroud you have a player who is very good in the air. Ask any United fan and they'll tell you we struggle badly with defending crosses and set pieces - most of the goals we've conceded have come from these.

I still don't think Arsenal will win, barring a huge shock, but I don't think it will be as easy for us as it has been when forcing you into that style of play.

what alarms me is that clearly us fans can see this, I mean it's so blatant.

Question is, why can't our players and manager? To me it just seems like they're taking the easy option rather than doing all they can to conquer a United side that really isn't all that.

Ok yes we have Giroud who should cause you problems but it's highly likely he'll be isolated with 3 or 4 United defenders around him.

3 or 4 defenders that cannot defend.

I can see it being high scoring as neither team can defend.

Giroud doesn't usually get good crosses in so I don't think you have anything to be worried about Darren!

BTW Arsenal has the best defence in the league, we can't score that is our problem, it will be a low scoring game!

you ddo realise in our last 2 games against arsenal our midfield as dictated the game. I personally think our performance 1st half was one of the best ever. We were barcelona esque, only wellbeck finishing stopped it being a big score.
