Dalglish is proven in that he won things at the Scousers with a team built by Shanks and Paisley and, with Uncle Jacks squillions at Blackburn, he sneaked a PL title courtessy of Manyooo doing everything but thrash the Hammers last game of the season while he was losing to the Scousers. He then presided over the worst EC campaign ever played by an English club.

Dalglish was a total flop at the Geordies and at Celtic Park where he got the push. .
