As i sit here at home watching sky sports, getting ready for a game against watford we should be winning with eyes closed, & having a laugh with a few mates having a beer or 2, instead i like many of you i think, find myself feeling totally deflated, & not looking forward to today's game (got a feeling we'll get beat), its got me thinking that the only people who have messed this great club is the money wallahs which include cussins, bates & ridsdale...all the boards they have had in one capacity or another have IMO been guilty of making bad decisions for the good of the club...& these who want to takeover unless they have a wealthy backer behind WON'T IMO be able to do what us supporters want...ie premiership promotion & progression, so why do we as fans let em shaft us ?, without us the club is nothing, the owners & board won't want us to stay away in our droves so why don't they want the best for our club like we do ?.....ok you got the big 4 or 5 in the premiership but their owners want to keep their fans happy by being successful, by chasing their dreams, but doing it right...even the c'ship clubs like leicester & cardiff have put their money where their mouth is...but our lot just don't care about the club, the show no ambition (where is this player that warnock wants, who will make us great), i depair, i really do, looks like we're on a road to nowhere.....

eric...doesn't it pee you off when you see the likes of the top 4 etc....talking of what they're gonna do ...when they're the ones who get all the limelight...the very same limelight we were once a part of...don't you wanna see ER rock again....when people start saying Leeds are brilliant & ER is a fortress where the roof is raised everytime as we're the 12th man ?....

I don't care what other clubs say or do, nothing to do with me. I do want to see our club back at the top and I do want to see ER rocking again.

I think most genuine Leeds fans agree with your setiments Harj. The problem is, I don't believe anyone who can influence things is reading your comments or similar comments on other forums. The only thing Bates can see, is the gates nosediving and the turnover falling as a result. This will be used as his reasoning for selling the likes of Byram in January to keep the finances stable. It will all be the fault of the stayaway fans, because history shows us its never Bates' fault. Very sad.

We're still only 4 points off 6th place,so I'm not too concerned at present.We do need to win,today,though.With all the uncertainty about the takeover,it's time for Warnock to show his motivational skills and move us up the table.But don't give up on our team.We've been in worse situations than this,but We Are Leeds and we will be back

The fans have much to answer. Yes thousands have stayed away but what have the rest done?
In fact the vast majority backed Bates on these boards until recently.
Conned by Bates, backing Bates and still not doing anything once they have seen the light.
Leeds fans have gone soft.
